This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do about it. It is deliberately specific. A privacy policy that could apply to any company tells you nothing.
Who is responsible
Syngyns LLC, 11532 Gatesville Drive, Frisco, Texas 75035, is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us at support@syngyns.store.
What we collect, and why

| Order contents and history | to fulfil, to handle returns, to answer “what did I buy last time” | 7 years |
| Email correspondence | to answer your question and to have a record of what we advised | 3 years |
| Account credentials, if you create an account | to let you sign in | until you ask us to delete the account |
| Server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) | security and diagnosing faults | 90 days |
What we do not collect
- We never see or store your card number. Card details are entered into our payment processor’s own systems and are not transmitted to or held by us. We receive a confirmation, the last four digits and a transaction reference — nothing else.
- We do not run advertising trackers, remarketing pixels or cross-site profiling on this site.
- We do not buy contact data, and we do not build profiles about you from third-party sources.
- We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone for their own marketing. We have never done this and the business does not depend on it.
Who we share it with
Only the parties who have to have it to complete what you asked for:
- Our payment processor, to take payment and handle refunds and disputes.
- Carriers, to deliver your order — name, address, and phone number where the service requires one.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database on our behalf.
- Our accountant and, where legally required, tax authorities.
Each of these receives the minimum needed for its function. None of them is permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
Cookies
The site sets the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie so your basket survives between pages, a cookie recording that you have logged in if you create an account, and a cookie remembering your cookie choices. These are strictly necessary and cannot be switched off without breaking checkout.
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies that track you across other websites.
We send transactional email — order confirmation, dispatch notice, and replies to questions you ask us. You cannot unsubscribe from those while an order is live, because they are how we tell you what is happening to it.
We do not run a marketing list at present. If we ever do, it will be opt-in, it will say so at the point you opt in, and every message will carry an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Your choices
You may ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your account and the personal information attached to it;
- stop using your information for a particular purpose.
Email support@syngyns.store and we will respond within thirty days. There is one limit worth stating honestly: we cannot delete records we are legally required to retain, principally invoices and the transaction records behind them, which we must keep for seven years. We will delete everything else and tell you specifically what was retained and why.
Security
The site is served over TLS. Administrative access is restricted and individually credentialed. Card data never reaches our systems. We keep the platform and its components patched.
No system is perfect. If we ever suffer a breach affecting your personal information we will tell you what happened, what was affected and what we are doing about it, and we will do that promptly rather than after a review of how it looks.
Children
This is a trade supply site sold to competent adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will date the revision at the top of this page and, where the change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will email you.
Where your information is held
Our site, its database and our order records are hosted on servers in the United States. Our payment processor and our carriers operate their own infrastructure, also in the United States. We do not transfer personal information outside the United States in the ordinary course of business.
Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Fraud screening on a card payment is performed by our payment processor as part of authorising the transaction; if a payment is declined on that basis the decision belongs to the processor and the card issuer, and we are told only that it was declined. If that happens and you believe it is wrong, contact your card issuer — we have no ability to override it and no visibility of the reason.
Complaints
If you think we have handled your information badly, tell us first at support@syngyns.store and we will investigate and reply in writing. Depending on where you live you may also have a right to complain to a state attorney general or an equivalent regulator, and nothing here is intended to discourage that.
