We are a small operation and the person who answers your email is the person who packed the last order. If you send us the dimensions of a job we will tell you what to use, and if the honest answer is that it will not work we will say so.

What to include

It saves a round trip if you tell us, where relevant:

• your order number, if this is about an existing order;
• the object — what it is, roughly how old, what condition;
• the dimensions, if you are asking what board or cloth to use;
• whether the material will touch the object or only the housing, because that decides the adhesive.

Trade, institutional and purchase orders

Email the same address with your PO and a billing contact. We invoice against institutional purchase orders as a matter of routine and can supply a W-9 and written material specifications for tenders and grant applications on request.

Visiting

There is no trade counter and no showroom. We are an online supplier with a stockroom, and we would rather say that plainly than have you drive to Frisco and find a door that does not open. Everything we stock is on the site, and if you want to see a material before committing to a run, the bookcloth sample set exists for exactly that and its cost is credited against your next cloth order of five metres or more.

Something has gone wrong

If an order is damaged, late, or not what you expected, email us with the order number and photographs where relevant. Damage claims need a photograph of the outer box before opening and of the contents before they are moved — that is the whole claim, and we deal with the carrier ourselves.
